Returning Products

Customers have 14 days from receipt to return items prior to use. Accepting any returns after this period will be at the discretion of Ride Eng. An accepted return will be subject to a 10%-20% restocking fee (depending on how long past purchase date item is received) along with the original shipping and handling charges. All returns within 14 days of receipt will be refunded 100% less the shipping and handling charges provided the item is still in new condition (without any nicks or scratches) and can be resold to another customer. Be careful to package it in a similar fashion like it was received. Parts bouncing around inside a box will get damaged and void your warrantee. Once an item has been used, it can only be returned if a manufacturing defect has been discovered. WARNING: Any item we modify at the request of the customer CANNOT be returned for a refund regardless of reason. WARNING: Our system cannot refund orders after 6 months from date of purchase. Any returns accepted after this period will be subject to a restocking fee and store credit only (good for one year from date of issue).
