Ride Engineering provides free shipping UPS ground or Surepost for all orders over $99 to the lower 48 states (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). To Hawaii we typically ship with USPS as the rates are more reasonable. Customers are welcome to use expedited shipping by picking one of those options from our website or by requesting it over the phone. Online orders take 24-48 hours to process. Always best to phone in orders that need to be delivered by a certain date. Please note Ride Engineering will not be held responsible for shipping delays. Once the package leaves our office with the shipping option you selected we have fulfilled our obligation. Please use expedited shipping at your own risk.
