These inserts are 0.25mm longer than the ones that come with KX-LKA44-BA, KX-LKA44-GN, BE-LKA43-BA, BE-LKA43-RA and CR-LKA58-RA. With this insert in the forward position there is a 2mm drop in ride height. Recommended sag with these inserts in the Ride Eng Link is 102-103mm. NOTE: Flipping these inserts lower the rear an extra 2mm which is NOT recommended for aggressive track use, the shock will bottom out much easier due to the added leverage produced by this longer center to center distance.
