These inserts are 0.25mm shorter than the ones that come with KX-LKA44-BA, KX-LKA44-GN, BE-LKA43-BA, BE-LKA43-RA and CR-LKA58-RA. With this insert in the forward position the ride height is 2mm higher. NOTE: Flipping these inserts will reduce the lowering effect 2mm which is still NOT recommended for aggressive track use, the shock will bottom out much easier due to the added leverage produced by this longer center to center distance.
