Description
In performance mode this new adjustable link is 1.25mm longer than stock to stiffen the initial part of the stroke for better control and less wallowing in rough sections of the track. Front to rear balance is improved, handling is improved particularly in flat and off-camber turns, driving the bike forward instead of sliding sideways. With the Ride Link, less effort is required to initiate turn-in and it helps keep the bike going straight in whoops allowing the rider to be more aggressive. The rear of the motorcycle also feels more planted in breaking bumps. As a byproduct of its longer length, our YZ link lowers the rear 10mm and comes complete with bearings and seals. Recommended sag with the Rideng Link is 102-104mm. By flipping the insert 180 degrees to lowering mode, the seat height will decrease 26mm from stock. This setting is great for trail riding or for smaller, less experienced riders. NOTE: This setting is NOT recommended for aggressive track use, the shock will bottom out much easier due to the added leverage produced by this longer center to center distance.
