These inserts are .25mm shorter than the ones that come with KX-LKA44-BA. With this insert in the forward position there is only a 4mm drop in ride height. Recommended sag with these inserts in the Ride Eng Link is 104-105mm. NOTE: Flipping these inserts will lower the rear 26mm which is NOT recommended for aggressive track use, the shock will bottom out much easier due to the added leverage produced by this longer center to center distance.
