This adjustable link arm comes with a reversible insert. Testing determines the performance setting for competition use at a motocross track. With the insert in the forward position there is better weight distribution and chassis balance with a 6mm drop on a 2023-24 KTM, Rockstar Husqvarna or 2024 GasGas in ride height. By flipping the insert, you get a substantial lowering of the rear of 22mm on these models, for those using the motorcycle in less challenging conditions (or for less experienced riders). This product is designed to be used with the stock center knuckle and the rider’s recommended spring rate. Recommended sag with the Rideng Link is 102-104mm. NOTE 1: With the insert in lowering mode, it is NOT recommended for aggressive track use, the shock will bottom out much easier due to the added leverage produced by this longer center to center distance. NOTE 2: If you have a 2023-24 Husqvarna FC or TC you can get a little more performance out on the track by setting the insert to lowering mode (4mm drop). There is no lowering setting for these models as they have already been lowered from the factory. Also note the 2024 FE or TE models will be 15mm lower in the rear in lowering mode.
