This 270mm Wave Rotor is made by Galfer exclusively for Ride Eng. The special grade stainless/iron alloy material is imported from Japan, manufactured in Spain, then imported to the US and is a favorite among most of the top level motocross teams. Beware of cheap aftermarket rotors like those imported from China, the material used may hinder braking performance. This hanger bracket is specifically designed to mount a Ride Eng. billet brake caliper to a WP fork lug. This solid wave is made to last, is very light weight (1lb 1oz) and offers more stopping power than the stock 260mm disc. By combining it with our brake caliper you are getting the best braking system available. This combination is not just powerful but its also very progressive allowing riders to feel how much traction is available at the tire's contact patch. Great for novices to pros. The added performance is quite noticeable even on models equipped with brembo calipers. NOTE: Brembo or Magura front master cylinders are not large enough to actuate the caliper. It must be used with an 11mm master like a Nissin (2024 CRF450r) or BrakeTec ( 2024 MC450f). The Nissin is available directly from us pn: MX-CRM11-AS
